I am not very happy with the service offered. I had booked appt for today at 315pm and rescheduled, planning pick up my child from school. I called up and advised would be late due school timings and traffic , got it fixed up for 330pm, but arrived by 340pm. the staff there first entertained us and as i asked for another size of uniform for my child , she got annoyed stating firstly you are late....stated she was busy. Later came back after attending people , who had come in earlier, hopped on to attend another customer who never had an appt for the day. Again when i interrupted for another size of uniform , she was not very happy to entertain me . I was shocked by her behavior, advised her, if she was busy shall book another appt and come again, for that she again reiterated , stating " you were late for the appt " and that she cannot have lot people in the same area. My question, is if I am late. and me and my child is a crowd for her to handle, she could have advised us on arrival rather making me waste , my half day of work, wasting mine and child's time too, adding to that all her rude behavior which has shocked me and my child.
